Each authentic Kentucky bourbon barrel stave comes direct from one of the many distilleries that surround us, including Jim Beam, Maker's Mark and Jack Daniels. Each bottle stopper measure approximately 3". Their charm is no two are ever exactly the same. The patina of use and age infuses each one, making them a unique statement of our American history and culture.

Our Process
Each piece starts by sanding the back to remove the heavy char.
Each stave or head is inspected for damage or cracks.
We carefully clean each one with water and a wire brush to remove any dirt and debris but retain the authentic aged patina.
After cleaning and gluing (if item requires), we sand all the edges with 600 grit to make smooth.
We hand rub 3 coats of food-safe polyurethane for longevity. We have moved on from oiling as it wears off with use and decreases the longevity of the wood.
All products are then carefully wrapped and await shipping.
